S49B-1500 round separator for corn starch
Structural characteristics for Model S49B Rotary Vibrating Sieve machine:
1.The general motor is used as a driving vibator with a soft connection, which is characterised by a strong activation force, a long life and a small vibration.
2.The improved vibrator is used, which features a light weight, a simple structure and easy maintenance.
3.Model S49B-1 is provided with a upper and lower pressed screen ring structure with a V-type channel, which is characterised by a strong tension, a smooth screen surface, without any occurrence of relaxation.
4.Model S49-2 is provided with a buckled screen, which features a reliable pressed screen, easy and quick installation and maintenance.
5.The bounce balls are provided under the screen so that they can strike the screen during operation. In this case, the mech can be prevented from being clogged by material grains.
6.The rubber ring is mounted between the layers. It is locked with fastening belt outside. Its seal is reliable and no dust can run out.
